Bus Lane Changes Proposed for Roosevelt Boulevard

Philadelphia has announced a plan to decrease traffic one of its busiest roadways. The city says it wants to designate bus- and right turn-only lanes on Roosevelt Boulevard for an 8-mile span through Northeast Philly.
