Rookie Police Officer Delivers Baby on 2nd Night of the Job

Last Tuesday was only the second night on the job for a rookie Berlin Borough Police officer. But it ended up being one he’ll never forget after he delivered a baby to the world. NBC10’s Cydney Long speaks to him as well as the grateful parents of the newborn.
