Robbery Suspect's Courthouse Screaming Scene

A wailing woman brought Ridley Township court workers out into the hallways Friday when she fell down the stairs, claiming she’d hurt her leg. Nakia Stokes, 30, a robbery suspect, was being walked out of court when, according to NBC10 Reporter Monique Braxton, she made the dramatic fall down the stairs and started screaming. Police say Stokes, 30, was the getaway driver who tried to run over a police officer during a bizarre bank robbery in Folsom. Police nabbed Stokes and her alleged partner, Timothy Murray, thanks to a good Samaritan who saw Murray drop some of the money inside the bank, according to investigators. The good Samaritan asked Murray about the money and when Murray brushed him off, the man got suspicious and called police. Court workers helped Stokes up and out of the courthouse. She and Murray are being held on $250,000 bail.
