Reward Offered for Info on David Ortiz Shooting Suspect

The U.S. Marshals Service is offering a $5,000 reward for information on a man connected to a shooting in Berks County and the shooting of David Ortiz in the Dominican Republic. The wanted man is Luis Rivas-Clase and he is believed to be hiding in Pennsylvania, New Jersey or New York.
