Restaurant Robbery and Shooting Caught On Video

A gunman robbed three men at the Happy House Chinese take-out restaurant in the Ogontz section of Philadelphia, police said. The suspect fired one round and takes off but returns and fires several more shots, striking one man, according to police. NBC10’s Claudia Rivero talked to a man who works nearby, who says he heard the victim scream for help.
