Restaurant with Roaches Issues Facebook Apology

A popular Delaware County Chinese restaurant, Yangming, took to Facebook on Tuesday to apologize to its customers. Radnor Township health inspectors shut down the eatery after they found dead roaches, mold, and spoiled food in the kitchen. They now are looking for a second chance.
