Residents react to 2 people shot in Manayunk overnight

Police are searching for the gunman after two people were shot overnight in Manayunk. Those two victims are in critical condition. The shooting happened behind an apartment complex located on Krams avenue. NBC10’s Miguel Martinez-Valle has the reaction from neighbors.
