Residents in Delaware small town speak out about truck traffic impacting their everyday lives

“Noise, safety, and health concerns” are all issues residents are associating truck traffic in South Wilmington with. While truck issues continue to upset the community, the Wilmington Area Planning Council works to find solutions.
