Residents have concerns over infrastructure after massive sinkhole opens in Wilmington neighborhood

Crews were busy at work repairing a sinkhole that opened up on the 800 block of West 9th Street in Wilmington, Delaware. Many residents living on the block decided to leave while repairs are underway. City officials say a water main break underground caused the sinkhole. NBC10’s Brian Sheehan has the details.
