Residents evacuated as nearly 100 firefighters battle building fire in North Philly

Nearly 100 firefighters are trying to contain the flames on Ridge Avenue in North Philly since Monday afternoon. The fire has been burning since before 4 p.m. Residents who live in and around the building have been evacuated.
