Residents Asked to Stay Inside After Train Derailment

A Conrail train derailed Friday morning in Paulsboro, N.J. after the bridge it was traveling on collapsed. Seven cars derailed and four of the train’s cars were dumped into Mantua Creek. One of the cars leaked vinyl chloride. NBC10’s Doug Shimell reports.
