Re-sentencing of Man Convicted in Officer's Death Leaves Family Angry

Aaron Smith has served 19 years in prison for being involved in the shooting death of Philadelphia Police Officer Frank King. Tuesday a Philadelphia judge re-sentenced him to 22 years to life meaning he could leave prison in less than two years. The decision has left King’s family livid.
