Repair Crews Work to Clean Up Water Damage

A major water main break flooded several streets and forced dozens of residents to evacuate in South Philadelphia Sunday night. The water department are asking people to avoid Bainbridge between 20th and 22nd and 21st Street from South to Fitzwater while repair work is being done. NBC10’s Doug Shimell spoke to some of the water main flooding victims.
