Rent Moratorium Should Be Extended, Philly Council Member Says

Philadelphia council member Helen Gym says the moratorium on evictions should be extend to two months past the end of the state of emergency caused by the coronavirus crisis and should include suspension of mortgage payments. The move would benefit both renters and landlords, Gym says.
