Remembering the Victims of the West Reading Chocolate Factory Explosion

A vigil was set up in honor of the victims, both surviving and lost, of an explosion that took place inside a chocolate factory in West Reading. NBC10’s Aaron Baskerville spoke with workers from the factory, one of which was there when the explosion happened, and believe more could have been done to keep the workers safe.
