3 Face Charges in Rehoboth Burglary Spree

Police in Rehoboth Beach say they have solved a string of burglaries. Francis Ortiz, Marco Zavala-Zavala and Luis Salmeron-Silva were arrested for breaking into the Purple Parrot restaurant along with other places in the area, said police.
