Refinery Layoffs Changed Everything for Local Couple

Delta Air Lines President Ed Bastian said Tuesday the airline wants the refinery in Trainer to be back up and running by Labor Day. Delta reached a deal Monday to buy the refinery from ConocoPhillips. NBC10’s Terry Ruggles talks to a couple about how the previous refinery layoffs affected them.
