Real Estate Market in Philly Is ‘White Hot,' But Is a Bubble Looming?

Residential home prices skyrocketed in 2020 in Philadelphia, according to a new analysis from housing economist Kevin Gillen of Drexel University’s Lindy Institute. But NBC10 digital reporter Brian McCrone says there are underlying signs of a potential bubble.
