Students React to NCAA Punishment

The NCAA announced the sanctions against the PSU football program on Monday. The punishment includes a $60 million fine, the banning of post season play, and reducing the number of scholarships. NBC10’s Lu Ann Cahn got reaction from students and alum as they watched the announcement.
