Teen Arrest in Rape, Robbery: 13-Year-Old Begged Him to Stop

Two teens attacked a couple on their way home from dinner in Southwest Philadelphia on Tuesday night. The man says the older teenager held a gun to his head while he raped the woman, while the younger teen begged the older one to stop.
