Cops Investigating Racist Flyers Found at DSU

Law enforcement agencies are investigating the origin of racist flyers found on Delaware State University’s campus and in downtown Dover. The flyers not only contained a swastika next to a noose, but also a derogatory termed aimed at African Americans, police said.
