Quadriplegic Boy Receives New Wheelchair After Old One Is Stolen

A quadriplegic boy received a new wheelchair from the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia after his old one was stolen over the weekend in Southwest Philadelphia. The boy’s parents spoke with NBC10’s Rosemary Connors about the support they’ve received from the community.
