Puerto Rican Day Parade Changes

There are new changes to post-parade activities for this year’s Puerto Rican Day in Philadelphia. As NBC10’s Nefertiti Jaquez reports, it’s all prompted by a video that went viral of a police officer punching a woman after last year’s festivities.
