PSPCA Cuts Adoption Fees in Half for the Holiday

If you’re thinking about a last minute thoughtful gift for someone, bringing a new four-legged friend to your family this holiday season might just be it! For dog and cat lovers, the Home for the Holidays event will allow you to take 50% off adoption fees until 4 PM today at the Pennsylvania SPCA’s Erie Avenue location and some pups are just $31 all December long.
