Pricey Copper Stolen from Sandy Victims' Homes

Police say thieves have been cutting copper pipes out of Sandy-devastated homes in Stafford Township since the beginning of the year. A contractor claims hundreds of dollars worth of copper was stolen from one home, and the damage will cost thousands to replace.
