President Trump Expected to Argue for Wall

NBC10 was outside the Liberty Bell where federal workers voiced their opposition to the government shutdown. They want to get back to work and they want to get paid. Tuesday’s rally comes as President Trump prepares to make his case for the border wall at the center of the shutdown. He will address the nation from the oval office at 9 p.m. Tuesday.
