President Biden makes 3rd visit to Philly in 2024 to volunteer for MLK Jr. Day

President Biden is beginning 2024 with several visits to Pennsylvania. Biden spent part of Martin Luther King Jr. Day volunteering at Philabundance in South Philadelphia.
