Preliminary Hearing for Alleged Butt Injector

Philadelphia woman Padge Windslowe who calls herself the “Black Madam” was ordered Wednesday to trial for allegedly administering illegal buttock injections. An exotic dancer testified at a preliminary hearing Wednesday that she paid $1,000 for the injections and suffered lung damage from the procedure. NBC10’s Monique Braxton reports.
