Pregnant Woman Shot by Stray Bullet in Kensington

A woman who was 9 months pregnant is in critical condition after she was shot by a stray bullet in Philadelphia’s Kensington neighborhood. Her child is still alive after doctors performed an emergency C-section. NBC10’s Matt DeLucia has the details.
