Auditor General Wants PPA to Scrap Ride-Hailing Surcharge

The Philadelphia Parking Authority wants to impose a 50-cent fee on each ride hailed in Philadelphia. Pennsylvania’s auditor general wants to stop a planned surcharge before it starts. The PPA later responded with a statement disputing the auditor general’s statements.
