Bipartisan Agreement on Border Security Funding

A bipartisan group working on the disagreement over President Donald Trump’s demand for a border wall announced Monday night that they have an agreement. Both chambers of Congress have to pass the agreement, then the president will have to sign it into law before midnight on Friday to avoid another partial government shutdown.
