Police Wait for Coffee-Throwing Suspect to Surrender

David Timbers threw piping hot coffee on a Fresh Donut Shop employee last week. Police issued an arrest warrant for Timbers last Friday when viewer tips led to his identification. Now, police are waiting for the suspect to turn himself in. They say it should happen sometime before noon Monday.
