Police Discover Explosives While on 9-1-1 Call

Police say while on a 9-1-1 call for the death of a man, they discovered a basement full of explosives in the New Britain Township home. Officials say the man’s death has nothing to do with the explosives. NBC10’s Denise Nakano reports.
