Police: We Don't Believe Baby is Alive

Upper Darby Police Superintendent Michael Chitwood says he fears 7-month-old Hazma Ali was allegedly kidnapped by her mother’s boyfriend, Ummad Rushdi, and killed. Police believe that Rushdi killed the baby and buried the child at an unknown location. NBC10’s Deanna Durante reports with the latest.
