Police Video: Shooting 3525 Germantown Ave

On January 2, 2013, at 1:55pm, the complainant, a 29 year-old male, was on the 3500 block of Germantown Avenue when an unknown male approached him and began punching the complainant several times. As the offender was punching the complainant the offender pulled a handgun and shot the complainant one time in his chest. The offender then fled south on Germantown Avenue, through a barber shop located at 3519 Germantown Avenue and out the rear then north on the 3500 block of North 13th Street. Suspect Description: Black male, medium build, wearing a dark gray vest over a black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and tan boots. Suspect was armed with a silver handgun.
