Police Shoot and Kill Armed Person at Malvern Townhome, Officials Say

Police in Malvern shot and killed an armed person during a welfare check, investigators said. NBC10’s Johnny Archer spoke with a witness who said the person was waving a gun around while screaming for several minutes.
