Police Search for 2 Persons of Interest in South Street Shooting

Philadelphia Police released photos of a second person of interest they are seeking in connection to the South Street mass shooting. The District Attorney’s Office also announced they issued an arrest warrant for the murder of one of the two innocent bystanders who were killed.
