Police captured a smash-and-grab burglar only moments after the suspect smashed through the door of a mobile phone store.
The burglar shattered the door of a T-Mobile retail location at 2801 N. Black Horse Pike in Williamstown, N.J. around 12:30 a.m. Friday, according to authorities.
The man took off with nearly $2,000 worth of merchandise, including several iPads and smartphones, according to officials.
But the suspect was unable to escape police, who happened to be positioned nearby.
Cops apprehended him within a block of the store and the stolen items have been recovered.
