Police Make Arrest in Barnegat Hit-Run that Killed Woman Walking Dog

Police arrested a woman in Monday’s hit-and-run that left a woman dead as she walked her dog and talked with her husband on the phone in Barnegat Township at the Jersey Shore. Cassie Hansen is being held on $150,000 bail, accused of striking the victim and leaving the scene of the crash.
