Police Investigate Deadly Hit-and-Run in Tacony

Police say they’ve spoken with the woman who they believe left the scene of a deadly crash in Philadelphia overnight. They are also searching for the man who was with her. NBC10’s Drew Smith shows surveillance video of the crash and speaks with witnesses.
