Police Investigate Deadly Double Shooting in Northeast Philadelphia

Police are investigating a double shooting that left one person dead behind the wheel of a car and another in the car wounded near Devereaux Avenue and Ditman Street in Northeast Phladelphia’s Wissinoming neighborhood overnight.
