Man Steals Artwork Off Wall of Penn Medical Center

Police are looking for a man who walked into Penn Medicine’s Perelman Center, took artwork off the wall, wrapped it up and then walked out. The theft was caught on surveillance video. If you know this person, police would like to hear from you.
