Police ID Suspect in Fatal Shooting of Teen

Philadelphia Police issued an arrest warrant Monday for a man wanted in the shooting death of a teenager over the weekend. Police are looking for 22-year-old Sergio Santiago. According to investigators, Santiago shot and killed his 17-year-old friend Antonio Florez in the Spring Garden section of Philadelphia. NBC10’s Denise Nakano talked to the victim’s mother, who says she wants justice.
