Police Commissioner Bethel addressed the mayor's $877 million safety plan and what changes will be made

Mayor Cherelle Parker’s administration is asking for $877 million to run the police department. On Tuesday Police Commissioner Kevin Bethel spoke about the safety plan at City Council and explained how it will enhance safety measures in the city.
