Police Captain Remembers Fallen Philadelphia Officer

Philadelphia Police Officer Robert Wilson III was shot and killed in the line of duty this afternoon in North Philadelphia. Tonight, his commanding officer refected on the entire department’s loss and shed light on all Officer Wilson did for the force.
