Playground in Northern Liberties becomes one of many to get a $160,000 makeover

A local park in Northern Liberties got a $160,000 facelift. The commissioner of Philadelphia’s Parks and Recreation says this is just one of many parks in the city to be renovated. The project’s goal is to create a safe space for children to enjoy parks in the city. NBC10’s Yukare Nakayama highlights what’s new on these playgrounds and what neighboring communities can expect.
