Philly Police Lieutenant Is First to Die of Coronavirus

Lt. James Walker died Sunday after being infected with the novel coronavirus. He’s the first Philadelphia police officer to succumb to the disease. Meanwhile, city officials refused to say how many first responders are infected or quarantined for COVID-19 exposure. NBC10’s Mitch Blacher reports.
