Philly Officer Shoots Suspect Holding Gun in a Crowd

A man is critical condition after being shot in the leg by a Philadelphia police officer and is now facing charges for holding for holding a gun in a crowd. Police say the armed man began running on Pratt Street in Frankford when the officers arrived on the scene and that’s when the officer shot him.
