Philly offering incentives for lifeguards who sign up at city pools for the summer

As the weather gets warmer attention is turning to the summer. Philadelphia’s Mayor Cherelle Parker announced all city pools will open on time, but they do need more lifeguards to sign up. NBC10’s Karen Hua has what incentives are being offered for those that sign up sooner rather than later.
