Philly FOP Files Lawsuit to Block Measure Allowing Public To Discuss Their Contract

Philadelphia’s police union is filing a lawsuit to block a measure allowing the public to discuss their next contract. The union believes the measure unfairly targets police officers. The city says however that the purpose of the measure is to improve community and police relations. NBC10’s Brandon Hudson has the reactions from both sides.
